Al Reiner

After working at the New York Daily News, Reiner was a principle contributor to the syndicated column called “Consumer Tech”; it ran in the New York Daily News for over 10 years. He had the regular lead article in Dealerscope, a consumer trade publication, for over a year. After retiring, he was a senior editor of a News Service out of New York City.

Reiner studied photography at the School for Visual Arts in New York City. After retiring, he studied at Santa Fe Photo Workshops with Ed Halpern. Reiner has completed workshops with Brenda Tharp, Dave Wyman and John Fielder and has studied with Karen Schulman, Steamboat Springs. 

His work is displayed in the permanent collection of Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs ( “Full Moon Over Hazies”) and Heart Center of the Rockies (“Longs Peak Foliage”) located in Loveland, Colorado. He has been featured in solo shows in Frisco and Steamboat Springs, Colorado
