Vicki Rudolph - Center for Visual Arts

Vicki Rudolph

Shape, Color and Texture are what make the world a more interesting place. Together they create an everlasting energy. I created these unique images as part of my Thesis series for my Masters of Fine Arts. I painted the baked goods and sweets and then created the same pieces in fiber. I have always been inspired by the work of Wayne Theibaud and other Pop artists. I draw, paint or fiber hook every day. It is my passion! As an artist, I am always looking for something new, to create and enjoy the process of seeing the work start as a concept and then come to life through different mediums of oil or fiber.
